Yes — we deliver same-day in Brooklyn for orders confirmed before 11am. After 11am we book the next available slot.

What are the most common allergens you handle?

Wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts are present in the kitchen. Cross-contact is possible. Tell us your restriction when you order and we'll confirm what's safely possible.

Can I order a custom cake?

Absolutely. Add a cake to your cart, pick a date at least 72 hours out, and add your flavor or dietary notes at checkout. For fully bespoke designs, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

Do you offer wholesale to cafés or restaurants?

Yes. We supply petit fours, cookies, and sourdough to a small list of partner cafés. Send a wholesale inquiry through the form on /wholesale and we'll get back within 48 hours.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer, debit/credit card in the workshop, or cash on pickup. Custom orders are confirmed once the deposit lands.

Can I freeze your bread or cakes?

Accepted Answer

Sourdough freezes beautifully — slice first, wrap tight, freeze up to 30 days. Most cakes are best eaten the day they're picked up; check with us on each one.

Do you ship outside the city?

Not at the moment — our pastries don't travel well beyond a same-day window. We're working on cookie boxes that ship by courier; subscribe via the homepage to be notified.
